Baking the Perfect Fruit Pie
Just in time for the holiday season, learn how to make a light and flaky crust and then fill it with wonderful fresh fruit.  You will learn the technique for making a perfect crust every time.  This will also give you an opportunity to impress your friends and family — make up a few pies before the holiday rush, freeze them, and take them out to bake as needed.  Bring a pie pan and you will take your pie home!  This class takes place at Mary’s kitchen in West Chicago.

Offered three times:  November 15, 16 or 17;  6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Fee: $35 per session; bring a pie pan so you can take your pie home
